Jetwing Colombo Seven features two distinct dining experiences for your culinary pleasures at our home of Sri Lankan hospitality. On the ground floor, our main restaurant, 57 is named after our address in the upscale neighbourhood of Cinnamon Gardens. The food we serve you is no different – peerless, mouthwatering, and arguably some of the most exquisite dishes in the city of Colombo are plated here. From globally inspired favourites, to traditional local specialties, our chefs are well versed in the language of world cuisine, and look forward to starting a conversation with you from the tables of 57.

High above the city, our rooftop restobar, Ward7, is named after our plush locale of Ward Place, and looks over the rising skyline of Colombo. Boasting some of the finest sunset views in the city, the magnificent hues of pink, blue, and orange treat you to a colourful sky befitting of the cocktail you enjoy beneath it. Tastefully located next to the stunning rooftop infinity pool, Ward7 continues to impress with a diverse selection of sharing platters and delicious tapas to complement your beverage. A number of cured meats, cheeses, and various finger foods grace our unique menu, and are best enjoyed with a drink recommended from our friendly bartender behind the counter. Residence by UGA Escapes

Nestled between leafy Park Street and the lakeside temple of Gangarama, one of Colombo’s principal Buddhist shrines, the Residence is a unique boutique hotel in the heart of Sri Lanka’s capital city. Built in the nineteenth century by Sheik Salehboy Moosajee, it is one of the few remaining buildings of its kind in Colombo. Originally a family home, the house was designed to host receptions and entertainment on a grand scale, with great halls, expansive gardens, and stables for visitors’ carriage horses.

Suites

Residence features ten 75 sqm Park Suites and the 176 sqm Residence Suite, all fitted out in opulent style. Expect grand, sweeping spaces filled with every amenity and indulgence. Warm lighting, ornate furnishings and Belgian rugs exude sense of serenity and ease.

Each suite consists of a living room, bedroom, en suite bathroom and outdoor private dining area. naturally, all suites are equipped with a large flat-screen TV, Wi-fi, mini bar, Espresso machine and facilities for making tea from a selection of Sri Lanka’s finest. The luxurious bathrooms feature rain showers and oversized vanity console.

Location

This is a city-center property, conveniently located about 30km from the airport, with easy access to Colombo’s business, entertainment and shopping hotspots. It makes an ideal base to indulge in a few days’ shopping or to absorb some of Sri Lanka’s exciting urban culture, either at the beginning or the end of your visit to the country.

The restaurant at the Residence makes fine dining fun. Whether you prefer traditional haute cuisine or fancy a contemporary culinary escapade, you’ll find much to tempt you here. You can dine indoors or al fresco, depending on the weather and your mood. The comfortable bar offers a typically tropical retreat, with cocktails that recall the days of Maugham and Hemingway or hint at the tastes of the future. There’s also a well-stocked cigar bar and plenty of discreet meeting spaces.
